Course: Hermeneutics
Hermeneutics. In this class, we will define hermeneutics, and understand the distinction between exegesis and eisegesis. We will discuss the various gaps that interfere with correct interpretation, and explore the history of hermeneutical development from the time of Ezra to the present. Finally, we will learn and apply hermeneutical principles that are essential in correctly interpreting biblical texts.
